5 element theory is at the core of chinese medicine. If the phases are in harmony and balance, one expresses radiant health. This course will cover basic theory, a self assessment test of your personality and physical symptoms. In addition you will learn accupressure balancing, moxibustion, and internal exercise.

Shiatsu is a traditional style of accupressure that increases the flow of energy (CHI) throughout the body. It is used to treat complaints such as spasms, stiffness, headache, and even asthma. Barb's unique table version gives you the option of easily integrating it into your massage. It can be applied through clothing for on-site massage.
