INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE

Have fun learning a full body massage! This six hour class will also cover proper body mechanics, different types of oils and lotions, and the health benefits of massage. Taught by Barb Shannon, the class is on Saturday, July 25th from 10:00 - 5:00 p.m. Cost is $45 per person or $80 for two. Sheets and lotions provided. This is a great class to experience if you want to massage friends and family or if you are considering this as a career.
